Who is Involved

Brendan is the owner and manager of Actonus. He has a unique blend of research experience with a proven track record in commercialisation. His background is in Marine and environmental science, business interests in agri-food and software with extensive experience in Innovation. Brendan has worked with Trinity Tangent, UCD Innovation academy and was head of Agri Innovation in the University of Galway. Past business interests were in Castlemine Farm with current business interest in FARMEYE (an agri tech business that spun out of UG). Brendan is trained in numerous commercialisation processes and tools, including the prestigious disciplined Entrepreneurship  studied in MIT. 

Brendan is an expert facilitator of groups that are developing business concepts from valuable research IP.
